Auditing Services

As registered auditors O’Boyle and Co. are authorised to carry out statutory audits in accordance with the Companies Acts and other legislation, such as the Credit Union Act, the Auctioneers and House Agents Act and the Solicitors Accounts Regulations.

We offer a comprehensive range of auditing services, ensuring client companies and businesses comply with all statutory obligations. Our standard audit package includes all necessary completed documentation including abridged accounts, full financial statements, AGM documentation and annual return form. We are experienced in advising, preparing and auditing grant claims.
